Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Spread olive oil on both sides of Salmon
Place Salmon skin side down on an iron skillet or pan suitable for
grilling
Spread marinade on Salmon (you can marinade for 1 hour or so in
the refrigerator prior to cooking for more flavor)
Cook Salmon on medium hot grill on pan for 15 minutes or until
fish flakes with a fork. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
