In a medium sized bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce,
brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
Whisk together.
Place steak in a Ziploc bag and pour marinade over steak. Let
marinate in the refrigerator for at least 330 minutes (2-4 hours is
ideal).
Heat grill to high. Once grill is heated, place steak on grill.
Generously salt each side of steak. Sear for 5-8 minutes per side.
Lower to medium to medium-low heat and continue to grill for 6-
10 minutes or until thermometer reads 130 degrees (medium-rare)
in the center of steak. Total cooking time will be 20-25 minutes for
a 2 pound steak.
