     Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

Low moisture mozzarella cheese brick, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 pound ground beef
1 pound hot Italian sausage
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk

Combine all ingredients except mozzarella and tomato sauce. Roll golf ball sized balls with the meat mixture. Squish a mozzarella cube into the center of each meatball and pull the edge of the meatball around until it is a ball again. Arrange meatballs in slow cooker and cover in tomato sauce. Cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
