Cook and drain pasta.
Saute in olive oil diced green bell pepper 1/2 cup
onion finely chopped, roasted garlic till tender.
Add shrimp for high heat for one minute.
To roast garlic cut 1/4 inch off the top of the
garlic glove. Put in a baking dish and drizzle with
olive oil. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
Squeeze clove to extract softened garlic.
