35, 8 oz plastic cups
35 celery sticks
20 carrot sticks (some are cut in half)
2 quarts of strawberries
2 large jars pickle spears
2 can medium whole black olives 35X3
2 jars kalamata olives 35 X 3
One, 21 oz jar green olives 35 X 4
Two, one inch thick slabs of ham, cubed 35 X 3
35 meat and cheese Panino fingers
Large container of pineapple cubes
mini cucumbers, sliced in rounds or spears
2 blacks cheddar cheese, cubed
2 blocks other white cheese, cubed
Long decorative toothpicks

Preparing everything the night before makes this job easier. Drain all of the olives and count and repack into individual containers. Wash strawberries and grapes. Drain pickles, count and place into another container. Cube the ham. Slice the cucumbers.
Prepare the skewers with one each green, black, kalamata olive and one cube of ham. Wrap and store tightly. The next day, cube the cheese and put together the cups. Top with skewer so that the empty toothpick can be used to eat the rest of the food.
