Preparing everything the night before makes this job easier. Drain all
of the olives and count and repack into individual containers. Wash
strawberries and grapes. Drain pickles, count and place into another
container. Cube the ham. Slice the cucumbers.
Prepare the skewers with one each green, black, kalamata olive and
one cube of ham. Wrap and store tightly. The next day, cube the
cheese and put together the cups. Top with skewer so that the
empty toothpick can be used to eat the rest of the food.
