     Carrot Souffle

Ingredients
1 large can carrots, drained
1 Cup sugar - SEE NOTE
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbl. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
 

Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender until liquid. Pour into a greased 8 X 8 or 9 X 9 dish.
Bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes. Really yummy!!
NOTE- you cannot use your mixer to combine the ingredients. It needs a blender or food processor. Also, when doubling, only use 1-1/2 Cup sugar.
