     Carrot Souffle

1 large can carrots, drained
1 Cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbl. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients into a blender until liquid. Pour into a greased 8 X 8 or 9 X 9 dish.
Bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes. Really yummy!!
NOTE- you can use your mixer to combine the ingredients, especially if you are doubling the recipe.
