Preheat oven to 350 F.
To a large cast iron skillet brown the ground beef and drain grease. Add tomatoes, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix together and cook a few minutes. Evenly sour cream over beef mixture, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Place skillet in the oven and bake for 10-20 minutes, until cheese is completely melted.
