     Grilled Steak with Garlic Yogurt Marinade

1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP paprika
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 tsp salt
4 beef steaks 4 to 6 oz each
1/4 cup mayonnaise

In a small bowl mix yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, papriks, garlic and salt. Divide mixture in half. Place steaks in mixture and place all in a ziplock bag. Turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Stir mayonnaise into remaining mixture (saved half), cover and refrigerate. Remove steaks from marinade, discard marinade that contained steak. Grill steaks over medium heat - for 7 - 10 minutes per side for medium rare
Serve with remaining sauce.
