1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 cups broth, like chicken, but any broth works

cooking spray

Instructions
Spray the bottom and sides of crock pot with cooking spray. Slice onion into round circle slices. Lay onion in crock pot.
Lay pork loin on top of the onions, fat side up. Put olive oil over roast. Sprinkle garlic, onion powder, black pepper, salt and paprika over pork loin. Give it a quick rub to ensure the spices are distributed evenly.
Add two cups of broth to the bottom of the crock pot. Close and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours. Meat should register an internal temperature of 145 with meat thermometer.
