Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
4 slices bacon
1 pound of boneless skineles chicken
1 packet ranch seasoning
16 oz of your favorite pasta, bowties, penne or rotini work best
32 oz chicken broth
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
parsley to garnish if desired

Instructions
Turn your instant pot on to saute. Slice bacon into 1/2 pieces. Once instant pot is hot, add bacon and saute until fully cooked. Depending on how much fat is in your bacon you may need to remove some of the bacon fat leaving no more than about 1 tablespoon in the instant pot. Cut the chicken into one inch cubes. Add chicken into the instant pot and stir togethr with bacon until chicken is lightly browned. Do not fully cook the chicken. Sprinkle ranch seasoning powder into instant pot and coat bacon and chcken with seasoning. Turn saute function off. Pour in chicken broth. Pour in pasta DO NOT STIR
Try to cover pasta with chicken broth by pushing pasta down in pot DO NOT STIR. Close the instant pot with the lid and move valve to seal position. Cook on manual high for time associated with the pasta you have chosen. Calculate the time by taking the suggested cooking time from the pasta package and cutting it in half then subtract 2 minutes. So if the package says 10 minutes, cut it in half to 5 minutes and subtract 2 minutes, meaning your cook time is 3 minutes. When tier beeps, quick release the pressure carefully. Remove the lid and add in cream cheese and shredded cheese. STIR - this is when the cheese goodness magic happens. Stir everything together until it is well combined. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve.
