Try to cover pasta with chicken broth by pushing pasta down in pot DO
NOT STIR. Close the instant pot with the lid and move valve to seal
position. Cook on manual high for time associated with the pasta you
have chosen. Calculate the time by taking the suggested cooking time
from the pasta package and cutting it in half then subtract 2 minutes.
So if the package says 10 minutes, cut it in half to 5 minutes and
subtract 2 minutes, meaning your cook time is 3 minutes. When tier
beeps, quick release the pressure carefully. Remove the lid and add
in cream cheese and shredded cheese. STIR - this is when the cheese
goodness magic happens. Stir everything together until it is well
combined. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve.
