     Sour Cream Banana Bread

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a loaf pan. In a large bowl, whisk togeth the sugar and oil. Add the eggs, bananas, sour cream and vanilla, blend well. Add the flour, baking soda and salt, stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
