     STRUGGLE SOUP

Ingredients
5 -6 cups WATER
3 -4 CHICKEN BOUILLON CUBES
2 cans NAVY BEANS - drained and rinsed
1 can chopped SPINACH - drained and rinsed
1 can Italian DICED TOMATOES including liquid
1/2 can CORN - drained and rinsed
1 lb. CANNED HAM - diced
1/2 Lg. ONION - chopped
ITALIAN SEASONING - sprinkled
 
GARLIC POWDER - sprinkled
coarse BLACK PEPPER - sprinkled

Instructions
Bring water, bouillon, and onion to a boil until cubes are dissolved and onion is soft.
Add all other ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust.
NOTE- Quick, easy, delicious, and filling. Ingredients can be stored long-term and substituted for similar things that may be on hand. Soup can be frozen.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with bread.
