Easter 2022 ham, about the right amount 12 pounds
for 21 people. cooked 5 hours on 250 degrees mashed potatoes luree
cooked 10 pounds and brought them in crock pots we had plenty. ham
gravy luree made it corn casserole made 2 only needed one green bean
casserole didn't eat much but it was in the crock pot luree made 10 lbs
and that was plenty and didn't look good resurrection rolls, relish
plate with Jenni's dip. jello eggs a hit frozen fruit salad forgot to
serve, but Leah liked it colorful veggie salad not much eaten Leah and
Lydia make double batch of cookies, 2 cake mixes of cupcakes, and
haystack bird nests. Leah and Lydia came on Friday and spent the night.
Baked in the evening and decorated in the morning. They were both very
good help and Leah was very good and creative at decorating Also white
chocolate bunny bait but not much got eaten. Adult egg hunt one medium
size egg went over well. Sent one with isaac for Esther since she wasn
hthere.
Easter 2022 9 kids at dinning room table. Two 6 foot table for adults.
Curved it a bit, but that made it hard for Heidi to talk to other
adults. Other wise worked well
Easter 2023 - Everyone on Easter except Jesse's family the week after.
Ham, mashed potatoes (brought by Luree) corn, broccoli salad or relish
plate, strawberry pretzel salad, jello eggs, (don't use canned whip
cream it melts and looks ugly) resurrection rolls/cherry rolls(requested
by leah) Heidi and Shelly brought dessert Bunny bottom with cookies for
Jesses
