     FISH SEARED WITH BUTTER & GARLIC

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
2 salmon fillets
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed and peeled
1 tbsp chopped parsley
 

Instructions
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Season salmon fillets with salt. Saute salmon until skin is crisp and flesh is browned. Add butter and garlic and continue to cook, basting with butter, until salmon is just cooked through.
Transfer salmon to plate, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
