1/2 cup of all purpose flour
|

1 egg
|

1Tbsp of sugar
|
|
1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
|

Pinch of salt
|

1 cup of milk (unsweetened oat milk works well)

Instructions |
|
|
Add flour, egg, sugar, salt, oil to a bowl.
Add a Tbsp of the milk and whisk together
until the batter is smooth and thick.

Add the remainder of the milk and mix until
batter is runny.
|
|
|
Heat skillet to medium. Use about 1/4 cup of
batter for 8in crepe.
|
|
|
Cook first side for 30s to 1 min. Flip and
cook 2nd side for 20-30s.
