1. Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in
a large bowl.
2. Whisk milk and eggs in medium bowl
3. Whisk milk and egg mixture into dry
ingredients.
4. Add 1 tbsp melted butter and whisk until

2. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
3. Whisk milk and egg yolks in medium bowl to
blend.
4. Whisk milk mixture into dry ingredients.
5. Add 1 tbsp melted butter and whisk until
smooth.
6. Beat egg whites in another bowl until soft
peaks form.
7. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff.
8. Vigorously stir the beaten egg whites into the
batter until smooth.

7. Gradually add sugar, beating until medium peaks form
8. Gently fold beaten whites into the batter in 2 additions. Do NOT
stir.
Cooking all pancakes
1. Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat.
2. Brush with melted butter
3. For each pancake, fill 1/4 measuring cup with batter and drop onto
cooking surface.
4. Cook about 3 minutes per side.
5. Using spatula, turn and cook through.
