     Butternut Squash Soup

1 cup cooked rice
salt and pepper
Butternut squash soup base
1 tsp ginger
2 onions - chopped and carmelized
Sweet potatoes (We used microwavable steam potatoes)

1. Put your base soup in a large pot. 2. Saute and caramelize your onions and steam your potatoes 3. Ladle a small amount of base into bowl and mix your starch into the bowl. 4. Mix well by puree the soup in your blender.
5. Add your veggies and herbs and carefully transfer your starched liquid back to the soup. 6. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
