     Chicken Pot Pie

3 cups chicken - cubed
1 cup frozen veggies
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 3/4 oz uncle ben's ready rice
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
2 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
12 oz refrigerated biscuits
parmesan cheese for garnish.

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat 3. Add in onions and cook for about 2 minutes or until soft.
4. Whisk in flour 5. Gradually stir in chicken broth, thyme, and oregano. 6. Reduce and cook for about 5 minutes to thicken.
7. Stir in chicken, frozen veggies, and rice. 8. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish. 9. Cut your biscuits into fourths. 10. Place the biscuits into a ziploc and add onion powder, garlic, and paprika and shake to coat. 11. Place biscuits on top of chicken mixture. 12. Bake 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Top with parmesan if desired Enjoy!
