7. Stir in chicken, frozen veggies, and rice.
8. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish.
9. Cut your biscuits into fourths.
10. Place the biscuits into a ziploc and add onion
powder, garlic, and paprika and shake to coat.
11. Place biscuits on top of chicken mixture.
12. Bake 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are
golden brown.
Top with parmesan if desired
