Instructions |

Cut each breast with 3 diagonal cuts, turn and make
three more cuts. Season with s/p and coat w/flour
|
|
|
|
Melt 3T butter in pan. Brown chicken, brown other
side, flip. Nice and brown.
|
|
|
|
Add 1T butter and 3 garlic. Sautee 2 minutes. Add
soy sauce, honey and vinegar. Cook until thick
sauce. YUM!
