COOKIES- Blend butter, cream cheeses, sugar and
vanilla. Mix until creamy, then add eggs. In a
large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Mix
into creamed mixture until smooth.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until
lightly browned.
FROSTING- Place the powdered sugar in a bowl and
gradually add the water while stirring with a fork to achieve
desired consistency. Drop frosting onto cookies
from a teaspoon. Immediately add sugar sprinkles
onto the frosting. Enjoy!
