     Turkey Tenderloins - Air Fryer

2 turkey tenderloins, 3/4 lb. each
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried Rosemary
1/2 tsp. dried Thyme
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. EVOO

Pound down the turkey breast tenderloins slightly. Rinse and pat dry. Rub with EVOO.
Mix remaining ingredients and rub on the meat on all sides. Preheat sir fryer at 400 deg. for 5 minutes. Place seasoned turkey into the basket. Set at 400 deg. for 15 minutes., turning over half-way through. If not cooked through, add a couple of minutes.
Tenderloins are done when internal temperature reaches 165 deg. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
