Season fish with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear fish until
golden brown on both sides. Add butter, garlic and capers. Continue to cook, basting with
butter, until fish is just cooked through.
Remove skillet from heat and add the herbs, swirling to coat them in the butter. Continue to
spoon butter and herbs over the fish for another minute or two.
Serve fish with the butter and herbs on top.
