Cook beef, sausage, and onions until no longer pink
and then stir in beans.
Spead sauce in 13x9 greased pan. Then spread 1 tbsp
sauce on each tortilla, add meat/bean mixture,
cheese, then roll and please seam side down. Spread
sauce over finished enchilada rolls and sprinkle
rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Serve with shredded lettuce, olived, diced tomatoes,
and sour cream.
Sauce- Melt butter and then stir in flour. Gradually
add water and bring to a boil and cook until
thickened. Stir in garlic salt and chili powder,
boil again, then simmer 10 minutes.
OR use store bought enchilada sauce.
