     Moroccan Chickpeas

Ingredients
2 tsps. cumin seeds
2 tsps. coriander seeds
2 x 400g tins chickpeas, drained
10 garlic cloves peeled
1 oz fresh ginger peeled and julienned
10 1/2 oz cherry tomatoes
3 red chillies slit open lengthways
1 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
 
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp red Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp caster sugar
7 oz olive oil or less
1 tsp salt
YOGURT DRESSING
2-3 limes, 8 tbsp chopped mint, 8 tbsp chopped cilantro,
1 clove garlic, 6 oz greek style yogurt, 1 tsp salt

Instructions
For chickpeas, pound cumin and coriander roughly. Put everything in a pot and bake at 350 F or 170 C for 1 hour 15 mins.
