     Scalloped Potato's

Ingredients
(5) medium potato's sliced very thin
(1) whole onion sliced very thin
(1) stick butter
6 heaping Tbsp flour
(1) 5 oz jar Kraft old English sharp cheese
3/4 stick butter melted in 1 pkg crushed waverly wafers
6 cups milk
 

Instructions
White Sauce- 1 stick butter melt in saucepan, add flour and mix & let cook. Slowly add 6 cups milk stirring constantly at low heat till thickened. Aftermthickened add Kraft cheese until melted.
Place onions and potato's in buttered pan then salt then pour cheese sauce & mix in a little with potato's and onions. In meantime, have 3/4 stick butter melted with 1 pkg crushed waverly wafters. Then put on top of cheese sauce.
Bake 350 degrees, 1 1/2 hour in oblong pan
