(2) pkg's dry yeast dissolved in water (follow pkg on yeast w/sugar)
1 cup of water
Instructions
Beat the eggs, add sugar & shortening, 1/2 (pint)
of water, add enough flour to make a thin batter,
add yeast & mix well.
Then add rest of water & add the rest of flour
(may not use all the flour). Use enough flour to
make a dough to nead.
Leave in pan to rise double.
I use Fleischmann's Active Dry Yeast (original)
