     Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
4 (6 oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Spreadable cream cheese
2 1/2 onces very thinly sliced cooked ham
Sliced swiss or provolone cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1/2 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Seasoned salt
 
Italian seasoning
ground black pepper
garlic powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place each chicken breast half between 2 sheets of heavy-duty platic wrap, and pound each to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or small heavy skillet. Spread chicken with cream cheese. Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
Top each breast half with slice of ham and 1/2 slice of cheese. Roll up jelly-roll fashion. Combine bread crumbs and parsley in a shallow dish. Dip chicken rolls first in milk and then into the bread crumb mixture to coat
