Measure 2 qts strawberries (uncleaned), cut, put
in colander, pour boiling water over, drain well,
Put in kettle, add 2 cups sugar. Bring to rolling
boil, time for 2 min, add 4 more cups sugar, bring
to full rolling boil again then simmer for 8-10
min, stir constantly. Pour in stainless steel
bowl then lay waxed paper over. Set 3 days, stir
occasionally. Dont' remove foam. Put into jar.
pour melted wax over to seal. Notes- About 1/2
bucket of berries per batch, 1 recipe makes about
3 marshmallow cream jars.
