Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour 9x9
inch pan. Sift the flour, buttermilk blend, baking
powder, baking soda and salt together, set aside.
In separate mixing bowl cream together sugar and
shortening until fluffy.
Add egg and beat thoroughly. Blend in water. Add
dry ingredients to wet and mix just until smooth.
Do not overbeat. Fold blueberries into batter.
Spread batter in pan.
Topping- Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and soft butter
together in small mixing bowl. Sprinkle over top of
batter. Bake 45-50 mins or until tested done. Best
served warm. When using frozen blueberries add 10-
12 mins to baking time.
