1 small sliced cucumber, opt
Instructions
Brown ground beef, drain grease. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, sesame oil, garlic, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the sauce over the beef. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce is reduced and thickened. There won't be much liquid left.
Serve beef over the fried rice and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cucumber
NOTE- Can add 2 Tbsp granulated sweetener to sauce if prefer it sweet.
