     Ground Beef- Korean Beef Bowl

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
4 cloves minced garlic
1/8 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
cooked cauliflower rice, sauteed in oil and seasoned with salt
 
green onions, opt
1 tsp sesame seeds, opt
1 small sliced cucumber, opt

Instructions
Brown ground beef, drain grease. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, sesame oil, garlic, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the sauce over the beef. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce is reduced and thickened. There won't be much liquid left.
Serve beef over the fried rice and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cucumber
NOTE- Can add 2 Tbsp granulated sweetener to sauce if prefer it sweet.
Serving Suggestions
Use regular rice if not following low carb
