     Rebecca's Chex Mix

5.5 cups rice chex
5.5 cups corn chex
4 cups cheerios
4 cups goldfish crackers
1 1/2 sticks of butter
4 tbsp soy sauce (can use a mix of worcestershire sauce and soy sauce)
2 tbsp seasoned salt
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 onion powder

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In large roaster pan, mix the chex cereals, cheerios and goldfish crackers. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a glass bowl or measuring cup and mix in the soy sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder. Spoon butter mix over cereal, mix cereal, repeat until evenly and well coated.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min. Allow to cool for about 15 min (or just starting eating). Store in airtight container.
