     WW Elbow noodles with meat sauce

2 28oz cans san marzano style tomatoes or regular diced
1 lb ground beef or turkey
4 oz tomato paste
6 cups low sodium beef broth
3 gloves garlic
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
salt and pepper to taste

In soup pot, brown the meat. Season with salt and pepper. When beef is halfway cooked, add garlic and onion powder. Once brown then drain.
Add tomatoes to pot. Return beef and all remaining ingredients except for noodles. Cover and bring to boil.
Once boiling add noodles and simmer until pasta is cooked 10-15 minutes
