     Light CheeseCake

Ingredients
1 small box lemon jello dissolved in 1 cup boiling water - set aside
1 stick melted butter
1/2 lb graham cracker crumbs
1 large & 1 small cream cheese
cold milnot
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
After jello is slightly thickened- Mix melted butter & crushed graham crackers together and put half on bottom, other half will go on top. Mix together- sugar, vanilla, cream cheese
Add sugar mixture to jelled jello. Whip cold milnot till thick like whip cream, then add to sugar mixture then beat hard. (First whip milnot before adding jello to sugar mixture)
Put on graham cracker crumbs and sprinkle crumbs on top.
