Combine sour cream and baking soda. set aside
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs beat
well. Mix in sour cream mixture and vanilla
Add flour and baking powder slowly, until smooth.
Pour 1/2 batter into a greased pan. Top with 3/4 of
the topping and pour the remaining batter. Spinkle
the remaining topping
Bake 325 25-30 minutes
