     AB's Cornbread

1/2 cup butter MELTED
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cornmeal (coarse ground or medium)
1 cup corn flour (fine)

Preheat oven to 375 F or 190 C. Grease a 8X8 or 9X9 baking dish.
In large mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar and butter. Beat in buttermilk and baking soda by hand.
Add both flours and salt to batter. Mix until combined.
Pour into greased baking dish. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Note- If doubling recipe in a 9X13, may need to add another 15 minutes of baking time.
