In lrg bowl, cream butter cream cheese and sugar
until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla and
lemon zest. In separate smaller bowl, combine flour
and salt, gradually add to creamed mixture and mix
well.
Using a cookie press fitted with chosen cookie
shape,fill with dough and press dough 2 inches apart
onto ungreased aluminum baking sheets. Decorate with
colored sugar sprinkles.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove to
wire racks. Store in airtight container.
Do not use parchment paper, dough needs to stick to
the cookie sheet.
