     Cottage Cheese Dill Bread - Bread Machine

Ingredients
1/4 c milk
1/4 c water
1 egg
3 c bread flour
1 1/2 t salt
1 1/2 T butter or margarine
3 T sugar
2/3 c low-fat cottage cheese
2 T dried minced onion
 
1 T dried dill weed
1 T dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 T active dry yeast
Instructions
Put all liquid ingredients in the bottom of the bread pan. Pat all dry ingredients on top of the liquid ingredients. Set machine for 1 1-2 loaf.
