     Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients
1 LARGE package of cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
4 eggs (yolks & whites)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups CAKE FLOUR, sifted
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Blend together the cream cheese, butter, sugar & vanilla. Add in eggs. At low speed on mixer, blend together. Stir together flour & baking powder. Gradually add to cheese mixture at low speed. Pour into lightly greased & floured loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes.
