     Jambalia this is for a half batch ( still alot)

Ingredients
1/2 gallon water
1/2 cup bell peppers chopped
1/2 cups onions chopped small
1/2 cup celery cut very small
2 1/2 pounds skinless chicken thighs
2 ounces or 2 Tablespoons Tony Chaishers
2 packets onion soup mix
1/3 bottle kitchen bouquet
1 1/2 pounds sausage
 
2 pound bag Par Boil rice

Instructions
1. In a large cast iron dutch oven, boil the water, bell peppers, onions, celery, and chicken for 30 minutes.
2. Add the Tony Chaishers, onion soup mix, kitchen bouquet and sausage. Boil for 5 more minutes.
3. Add the Par boiled rice. Turn down the heat to low and cook until rice is done. Scrape bottom very frequently to avoid burning.
4. For family size cut recipe in half. For a very large group double the recipe.
