     Sausage rolls/tarts

Ingredients
Sausage meat 3 lbs
1/4 c minced dried onion (softened in water 1 1/2 TBsp
Lawry’s seasoning salt
Additional water approx 3/4 c
1 batch of pastry
 

Instructions
Mix sausage meat with softened onion and 3/4 c additional water to become consistency of mincemeat
Cut tart shells and put in muffin tin (if making tarts) Fill 3/4 full of sausage meat mixture Cut small circles of pastry for tops
Bake 375 -400 for 30-35 min
