Preheat oven to 350. Cream together the powdered
sugar and butter.

|
Mix together the egg, vanilla and almond the add to
the sugar mixture.

Add flour, baking soda and cream of tarter. Mix well
then chill for about and hour

Roll out to make your cutouts. Bake on cookie sheet
and take out when fluffy.
