1 Block - Boursen cheese (classic garlic & fine herbs)
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Pinch - salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat over to 375.
Cut tomatoes in half, place in shallow glass baking
dish, toss with olive oil and pinch of salt and
pepper. Roast in oven for about 20 minutes until
they blister and are juicy.
Divide cheese into smaller sections. Remove dish
from over and add cheese (doesn't need to be
completely mixed). Return to over for 5 minutes or
until cheese has melted.
