Put hot water on the ice cream scooper and scoop vanilla and chocolate ice cream on a plate and put in the freezer until hardened.
Melt the chocolate on the stove and melt the butterscotch in the microwave for 45 secounds.If not melted in the first 45 secounds put in for another 45 sceounds.
Take the ice cream out of the freezer and put the melted chocolate on the chocolate ice cream and butterscotch on the vanilla ice cream.
