Preheat air fryer to 400 deg. for 3 minutes. Rinse tilapia fillets and
dry with a paper towel.
Mix together lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt in a small
bowl. Combine well. Rub this over the tops of the fillets. Sprinkle
lightly with paprika.
Lightly coat air fryer basket with Pam. Arrange fillets in the basket,
spice side up. Cook in pre-heated fryer for 7 to 10 minutes until fish
is flaky. Garnish with parsley and squirt with fresh lemon.
This was pretty good. Served it with asparagus.
