Ingredients
6 eggs
3 Tbsps. mayo
1 tsp. mustard
 
Instructions
In a 2-quart saucepan, place eggs in single layer. Cover with cold water at least one inch above eggs. Cover saucepan; heat to boiling.
Immediately remove from heat. Let stand covered for 15 minutes.
Peel, cut lengthwise. Fill eggs.
