     Italian Crock Pot Roast Beef

Ingredients
2 pounds of roast beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons kitchen bouquet
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon salt free seasoning, savory spice
 
Instructions
Place roast beef in the crock pot. Pour olive oil over the beef. Mix dry seasonings together rub on to beef. Add kitchen bouquet seasoning.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours in crock pot. Maybe longer if increasing the recipe. Once cooked shred the beef. Freezes well.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on a sandwich or with mashed potatoes and gravy.
