Boil cream and corn syrup in a saucepan. OFF heat,whisk in chocolate until smooth.(May be made up to 1 week ahead and chilled.) Spread 2T. glaze on each cupcake.
Garnish with chocolate and chill. Bring cupcakes to room temperature before serving.
