Combine all dry seasoning and evenly sprinkle on
both sides of the fish. Lightly drizzle and rub oil
on the fish.
In a large skillet, heat some pats of butter over
medium to medium-high heat until hot and golden
brown. Add the filets. Cook on each side for about
3-5 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
Serve with corn tortillas, thinly sliced cabbage,
tomatoes, avocado, red onion, cilantro and wedges of
lime. Drizzle fish taco sauce on top.
