Pour Pineapple juice in bottom of large crockpot.
In medium bowl mix brown sugar, Dion, Balsamic
vinegar and Honey.
Spread brown sugar mixture all over ham and place
fat side down in cooker

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Flip and baste ham halfway through cooking time.
Once done, remove to a platter and tent with foil to
keep warm and rest.

Skim any fat and strain juices int a saucepan,
On medium heat bring juices to a simmer.
In a small bowl use fork to stir cornstarch into
water. Slowly stir into pot and whisk juices. Allow
to bubble and thicken for 1-2 min.
