     Low Carb Bread - two slices

Ingredients
1 T. butter
3 T. almond flour
1/4 t. baking powder
pinch of salt
one egg
 

Instructions
Melt butter in small glass dish (round or square). Mix in almond flour, baking powder, salt and egg. Microwave for 90 seconds. Cool, Slice in half to make 2 slices of bread.
